Heuristic UX Analysis for a Major Educational Institute
I conducted an analysis and provided assistance with 13 key recommendations on how to reorganize the site to support its growing needs, how to employ responsive HTML best-practices, and how to best present content.
I created a new corporate template using all custom-code HTML; increased email open rates by 8% and click-through by 3%, while also adding in thousands of new contacts to our list and generating new sales leads.
After the UX work was completed, I shifted to an OCM support role. In this new role, I conducted stakeholder analyses, designed a custom intranet sub-site for the project, and oversaw design of custom artwork.
In 2015, I helped an RFP (request-for-proposal) to try sell a new corporate training/learning portal website as a collaborative project for a major professional training & higher education program provider.
